1. How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple! Just follow these steps:

1.   Browse our website at amustardseed.net.

2.   Select the products you'd like to purchase.

3.   Add them to your cart.

4.   Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping information, and choose your payment method.

5.   Confirm your order.

You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details once it's complete!


2. Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?

Once your order is submitted, it is processed immediately to ensure timely shipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify orders once they are placed. If you need to change something, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will try our best to assist you before the order is shipped.


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this link to track your package in real-time. If you haven’t received tracking information within a few days, feel free to contact us, and we’ll assist you.


4. What if I received the wrong item or my item is damaged?

We’re sorry if this happens! Please follow these steps:

1.   Email us at hello@amustardseed.net within 7 days of receiving the item.

2.   Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the item (if applicable).

3.   We will review your request and resolve the issue by sending you a replacement or processing a return/refund.


5. How do I return an item?

We want you to love your Mustard Seed purchases! If you need to return an item:

1.   Contact us at hello@amustardseed.net within 14 days of receiving the item.

2.   Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

3.   We’ll send you instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Please note: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition to be eligible for a return.


6. How can I exchange an item?

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges, but you can return your item and place a new order for the item you'd like instead. Simply follow the return process above.


7. Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?

Yes! We offer gift wrapping and can include a personalized note with your order. Simply select the gift wrapping option during checkout and leave your message in the provided space.


8. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. If you're located outside of the U.S. and wish to place an order, please reach out to us, and we can discuss possible solutions.


9. What should I do if I forgot to apply a discount code?

If you forgot to apply a discount code before completing your order, please email us at hello@amustardseed.net with your order number and the discount code. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to assist you.


10. How do I contact customer service?

You can reach our customer service team by emailing hello@amustardseed.net. We aim to respond within 24-48 hours during business days (Monday-Friday).
